The Batman Edition is built around night blue full grain vegetable-tanned cowhide, embossed in a structured crocodile pattern. The scales transition from bold, defined plates into tighter, compressed formations — creating depth through shadow rather than shine. Under light, the surface reveals layered tones of deep blue and near-black, giving it movement without flash. It is dominant, but disciplined.
Selected areas of the interior continue this crocodile-printed cowhide — a deliberate extension of the exterior identity. The pattern is repeated with restraint, maintaining continuity without visual overload.
The remaining interior is crafted from black full grain vegetable-tanned cowhide. Dense, tight-fibered, and naturally strong, the surface carries a subtle, refined grain structure. It feels firm and structured in hand — not soft for the sake of softness, but solid for longevity. Black against night blue creates a controlled contrast — sharp, minimal, and authoritative.
Every edge is hand-creased with precision.
Every edge is hand-burnished in the Mont Pedro method — layered, sealed, and polished for durability and a clean finish that holds over time.
Hand-stitched with black waxed thread, the construction is tension-controlled and reinforced beyond what machine stitching can replicate. The thread provides subtle definition without disrupting the dark palette.
