What type of leather do you use?
We use full-grain leather—the highest grade of leather available. It is taken from the top layer of the hide and retains its natural grain, making it stronger, more durable, and capable of developing a rich patina over time.
Is full-grain leather the same as genuine leather?
No. “Genuine leather” is a broad, lower-grade term often used for corrected or layered leather. Full-grain leather is significantly higher in quality, with no artificial surface correction.
Why does the leather on my product look slightly different from the photos?
Each hide is naturally unique. Grain patterns, markings, and tonal variations are inherent to full-grain leather and ensure that no two pieces are identical.
Will the leather change over time?
Yes. Full-grain leather evolves with use, developing a deeper tone and a natural patina. This is a defining characteristic, not a flaw.

Do you offer custom or personalized products?
Not at this stage. Our focus is on refining a consistent standard across our core collections.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Orders move into processing quickly. Contact us immediately—changes are not guaranteed once production or packing begins.

How should I care for my leather product?
- Keep away from excessive moisture
- Store in a cool, dry environment
- Wipe with a dry cloth when needed
- Condition occasionally to maintain suppleness
Is the product waterproof?
No. Full-grain leather is not waterproof and should be kept away from prolonged exposure to water.
