• All products are handcrafted in limited batches.
• We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and imagery, but actual products may vary slightly due to natural materials and handmade processes.
• Availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
• We accept payments through secure third-party providers.
• Prices are listed in the applicable currency at checkout and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
• Errors in pricing or product information may occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing obvious errors.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping timeframes and costs are estimates and may vary.
• Mont Pedro Leather is not responsible for delays due to courier services, customs, or events beyond our control.
• Accurate shipping information is the customer’s responsibility.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.
• Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery with supporting documentation.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging.
• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

7. Limitation of Liability
