Every Mont Pedro piece is made in small batches using full-grain leather. No two hides are identical. Natural markings, grain variation, and tonal shifts are part of the material’s character — not imperfections.
Considered Purchases
We encourage thoughtful purchasing. For that reason, returns are not accepted for change of mind or preference after delivery.
If Something Is Not Right
In the rare case that your order arrives with a genuine defect or an error on our part, we will make it right.
To request a review:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
- Include your order reference and clear images of the issue
Each request is assessed individually. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Conditions
Approved returns must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Sent back with all original packaging
Items that show signs of use or handling beyond inspection will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Replacements are offered only for verified defects or incorrect items. We do not offer exchanges based on preference or variation in leather character.
Refunds
Once the item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
Craft & Material Integrity
Full-grain leather evolves with time. Creases, softening, and subtle color shifts are expected as the product ages. These are signs of authenticity, not faults.
Warranty
Select pieces are backed by a 1–2 year warranty covering structural integrity and peeling under normal use.
This does not cover:
- Natural wear and aging
- Surface marks, scratches, or stains
- Damage caused by misuse or improper care
Final Note
Our approach is simple: fewer pieces, made better. This policy reflects that philosophy — measured, intentional, and built on trust in the product.
