The composition brings together full-grain vegetable-tanned oil-waxed crimson red cowhide and full-grain vegetable-tanned obsidian black Indian buffalo hide. The crimson leather carries a rich, distinctive character, while the black buffalo hide introduces depth and a restrained, timeless presence.

Together, they create a striking combination that is confident without being excessive.

Every wallet is individually hand-stitched using crimson red waxed thread, with a precise 3.38 mm spacing between stitches. Each stitch is carefully placed to complement the construction and bring consistency to the finished piece.

The edges are individually hand-burnished and hand-creased, giving the wallet its clean definition and refined finish. These finishing details are not afterthoughts; they are an essential part of the Mont Pedro approach to leathercraft.
